“Doing something that genuinely makes a difference to people's lives is a huge part of my job satisfaction. Outside work I like to spend time with the family in the park, playing games or getting out into the lovely Shropshire countryside. I once ran 3 Language Schools in central Moscow. ”

“I'm responsible for the day to day operation of the factory and, after our founder, I'm the longest serving member of the team with over 27 years under my belt. Outside of work I enjoy walking in the woods and my favourite food is prawns.”

“I've been with Tough since autumn 2017. Apart from the wonderful people and lovely Shropshire countryside, it's a genuinely great company. Outside of work I can be found walking the spaniel, sitting in the stands at Molineux, playing bowls or relaxing at my mobile home in Wales. I am partial to Nepalese food and chocolate.”

“The best thing about working for Tough are the lovely working facilities and particularly the new fish tank - I have named all the fish in there! Outside work I enjoy gardening ,singing in a choir and sewing. My favourite food is the tomato, especially in a Bloody Mary! ”

“I work in Quality Control & Dispatch and supervise assembly. Tough is like a second family to me. When I'm not working I like to spend time with family and quite like walking when there's a pub at the end of it! I once spent 4 years in Spain running a restaurant and bar.”
