Description
Poli™ 05 applies the sloping top specification of Poli™ 02 to a floor-standing format – designed for environments where the benefits of lower-level viewing and a more familiar room setting are preferred, while reducing climbing opportunity and limiting usable horizontal surfaces has also become part of the specification. The angled upper surface helps discourage use of the cabinet top as a handhold or point of leverage while maintaining the same integrated appearance as the wider Poli range.
Like Poli™ 04, the lower section incorporates a 25mm scooped shelf for media devices such as games consoles – allowing equipment to be laid flat or stood upright neatly and securely below the screen. The floor-standing format also offers simple coordination with existing electrical outlets. Poli05 sits directly on the floor and is secured back to the wall via concealed internal fixing points – it is not designed to stand unsupported.
Constructed from 25mm MDF with durable vinyl-wrapped finishes, Poli™ 05 features the same full-width piano hinge door, secure key or star key locking options and considered detailing found throughout the Poli family. Every edge is finished with a continuous 20mm profile, creating softened corners and a gentler form that reflects the Poli range’s core design principle of producing products that are kind to the user.
Available in three sizes from 32″ to 50″ and eight finishes across the Neutral, Pastel and Organic collections, Poli™ 05 allows spaces to maintain a more domestic viewing experience while responding to changing environmental requirements.
Installation
Poli™ floor-standing cabinets are positioned directly on the floor and secured back to the wall via concealed internal fixing points. The units are not designed to stand unsupported. A generous rear cable access cut-out is provided to maximise the opportunity for electrical outlets to fall within the cabinet footprint during first fix. Where on-site adaptation is required to accommodate existing services, this forms part of the installation works and remains the responsibility of the installer.
